Job Description:
Robust domain experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cards or Operations Transformation.
Minimum 2+ years of Agile delivery experience.
Experience managing large transformation engagements and end-to-end project delivery.
Strong hands-on experience in Project Governance, RAID Management, Status Reporting and Stakeholder Management.
Experience in running PSCs, Working Groups and project governance cadences.
Positive understanding of Financial Management, Investment/Business Cases and Budget Tracking.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Clarity.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and Delivery Manager responsibilities at each stage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
