Bling is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in NCR, India.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, coordinating with internal teams, and making sure customers get real value from the product.

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic technical understanding — comfortable understanding SaaS products, APIs, integrations, workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams
- A strong team player who is comfortable collaborating across functions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities can change and processes are continuously evolving
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach

What you’ll be doing:





- Manage and build strong relationships with customers
- Lead customer onboarding, product walkthroughs, and training
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Track customer adoption, feedback, and overall satisfaction
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Help customers understand and get maximum value from Bling’s products
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into product improvements
