Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Recent Delhi.

The Customer Service

Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information about Fitspire products and services.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, processing orders and returns, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address escalations,



sharing customer feedback for service improvement, and maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes related to Customer Satisfaction and represent the brand as a Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a professional, respectful approach to all customers and colleagues.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
