Are you an experienced Customer Service / Sales professional with experience handling US customers and leading teams?
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our night-shift customer service operations and manage customer and sales interactions for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:? Lead, mentor, and develop a Customer Service team
? Handle customer service and sales inquiries via calls and emails
? Manage customized apparel quotes and support the sales process
? Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue targets
? Conduct performance reviews and support team growth
? Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
? Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
? Monitor service quality, productivity, and process improvements
What We're Looking For:✅ 4+ years of customer service/sales experience with US customers
✅ People management and team leadership experience is mandatory
✅ Experience in performance management and team development
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Solid sales, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Comfortable handling a US accent
✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
✅ Candidates open to relocating to Trivandrum
