About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Export Import Executive to join our dynamic team at SAFE SEA LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of export and import documentation, coordinating with clients and logistics partners, and supporting B2B operations across multiple manufacturing accounts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the intricacies of international trade, client servicing, and back-office management.

The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients and service providers. Based in Ahmedabad, the successful applicant will be integral to maintaining our reputation for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management,



or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2+ years of experience in export-import operations, documentation, client coordination, or logistics management.
- Strong command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, DGFT regulations, and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and client handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage and prepare export and import documentation, including invoices, Bills of Lading, customs documentation, and shipping records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to facilitate smooth clearance and logistics operations.
- Handle client communication, servicing, and follow-up to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support order processing, production planning, dispatch coordination, and tracking of shipments.
- Maintain accurate MIS records, Excel sheets, and back-office data management for all export-import activities.
- Track packaging materials, client-owned materials, and assist in preparing necessary client documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, factory teams, stores,



and dispatch units to streamline operations.
- Assist in telecalling, customer care, and resolving client escalations promptly and professionally.
- Oversee customs clearance processes, manage logistics costs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and supervise the C&F; and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges proactively to prevent operational disruptions.
