Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience before, during, and after purchase. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer data in CRM systems, tracking interactions, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads to support sales and repeat business.

The specialist will coordinate with sales and showroom teams to plan customer outreach campaigns, handle feedback and service issues,



and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves analyzing customer trends, preparing reports, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills, with experience using CRM tools to track and nurture customer interactions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, monitor campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Solid Project Management abilities to plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, follow timelines, and coordinate across functions.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in a customer-facing environment in Chandigarh, with a strong focus on service quality and confidentiality.
- Basic proficiency in standard office software and CRM platforms; familiarity with digital communication tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
