Key Responsibilities

? International Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international B2B clients and understand their business requirements.

? Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requirements, concerns, and follow-ups.

? Monitoring of Processes and Qualitative Analysis: Understand existing processes and analyze production to improve quality and efficiency as per customer requirements.

? Order & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.

? Quality Coordination: Ensure customer orders meet required quality standards, buyer specifications, and applicable QC requirements.

? Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling: Collect feedback, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.

? Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.



Support new collection and product communication.

? Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Marketing, ERP, and Dispatch teams.

Key Skills

- A strong communicator with excellent command of English
- Highly confident in handling international clients and business relationships
- Experienced in managing B2B accounts, client requirements, orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Capable of independently managing client communication and coordinating with multiple internal departments
- Well-versed with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office/Excel
- Strong in production and delivery coordination
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and export-oriented environment
- Able to build long-term relationships with international buyers and key accounts
- Experience handling international B2B clients
- Jewelry industry experience preferred

Ideal Candidate

8-10 years of experience in the Jewelry or Manufacturing industry, with experience handling international B2B clients. Excellent English communication, strong client-handling ability, good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, and a robust understanding of production coordination and delivery timelines.
