Key Requirements· Regularly connect with School Owners, Principals and Management to collect feedback.

· Build solid professional relationships with school decision-makers.

· Understand requirements, concerns and expectations from Crickingdom.

· Capture feedback and convert it into clear action points.

· Coordinate with Academy Operations, Coaching, Sales, Marketing and Management to address requirements.





· Follow up with internal teams and ensure commitments are executed on time.

· Maintain a structured database of school interactions, feedback and action items.

· Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen school partnerships.

· Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports for management.

Candidate Profile· 2+ years in Customer Relationship, Client Servicing, Business Development or Customer Experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident speaking with School Owners, Principals and senior management.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

· Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting ability.

· Self-driven and comfortable working independently.

· Education, School, Sports Academy or EdTech experience preferred.
