Our client is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. They're a small, quick-moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Our client helps coaches break the ceiling on their student numbers with a weekly learning loop that lets a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting their craft.
About the role
This role is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality visual and video content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
What you'll do
Developing creative concepts
Coordinating pre-production and production schedules
Directing video shoots and photography sessions
Managing post-production workflows with editors and designers
Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure content effectively communicates the company's value proposition across digital channels
Managing budgets and timelines for creative projects
Maintaining brand consistency
Continuously experimenting with current formats and storytelling approaches
What we're looking for
Strong Video Production skills, including planning, directing, and overseeing post-production
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts
Solid Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets
Marketing awareness to align creative output with brand goals and audience needs
Also beneficial
Experience in creative storytelling, scriptwriting, or content ideation is beneficial
Proficiency with industry-standard production tools and software (e.g., cameras, lighting, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) is preferred
Prior experience in a creative, media, or startup environment and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are highly advantageous
