We are looking for an organized Document Controller to manage project documents, drawings, correspondence, submissions, revisions and records while ensuring proper document tracking and distribution.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Maintain and control project documents and records. -Manage document submissions, approvals and revisions. --Maintain drawing registers and document logs. -Distribute approved documents to relevant departments/site teams. -Prepare document-control reports and maintain project archives.
Required Skills & Expertise
MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Aconex / Procore / SharePoint / EDMS. Document numbering and revision control.
Filing and record management. Positive communication and coordination.
Education & Study Field
Diploma Bachelor's Degree (Undergraduate)
Experience Required
2–5 years
Languages Required
Hindi English
