Role & Responsibilities
Drive brand awareness and enrollment marketing for CBSE schools across Gunjur, Sarjapura Road, and surrounding micro-markets via hyper-local campaigns.
Build and maintain key relationships with school administrators, admissions officers, and parent communities to generate qualified leads.
Execute end-to-end offline & digital marketing initiatives—flyers, school events, social media targeting, parent webinars—tailored to CBSE parent demographics.
Track lead conversion metrics, optimize campaign ROI, and report performance to regional management weekly.




Coordinate with teacher recruitment team to align marketing messaging with hiring needs and school branding.
Represent Teacher Pool at school fairs, open houses, and community events; collect real-time feedback to refine outreach strategy.
