Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Rooftop Engineer responsible for rooftop solar site visits,
installation, testing, commissioning, and customer coordination. The candidate will work on
residential/Commercial rooftop solar projects under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits and rooftop site surveys.
Assess site feasibility and solar installation requirements.
Install rooftop solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, wiring, and related equipment.
Perform DC/AC electrical connections, earthing, and basic electrical work. - Conduct
testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rooftop solar systems. - Ensure installation
is completed as per safety and quality standards. - Coordinate with customers during
installation and explain basic system operation. - Handle project-related documentation
and coordination under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.



- Coordinate with the internal team and
customers for timely project completion. - Travel to customer locations for installation and
service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant
technical qualification.
Experience in Rooftop Solar Installation / Solar EPC preferred.
Positive knowledge of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, and
earthing.
Hands-on experience in solar installation and commissioning.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits and installation work.
Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana will be an added advantage.
