Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules .
Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and identify delays.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Plan and monitor manpower and material requirements.
Prepare recovery plans for project delays.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, procurement, QS/Billing and management.
Maintain planning records, MIS and hindrance registers.
Participate in project progress review meetings.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
4+ years experience in construction/real estate project planning.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel; basic AutoCAD knowledge.
Solid coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
