Admission Counsellor – UG/PG

Job Summary:
Responsible for counselling prospective students and parents for UG and PG programmes, managing admission enquiries, and driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on UG/PG programmes, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Conduct counselling sessions and understand students’ academic and career goals.
Follow up with prospects from enquiry to application and final admission.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and student data in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.
Participate in admission drives, seminars, webinars,



and outreach activities.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate with solid communication skills.
1–4 years of experience in education counselling/admissions/inside sales preferred.
Strong interpersonal, counselling, follow-up, and conversion skills.
Target-oriented and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
