Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with healthcare professionals and clinics through outbound calls.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Meet daily activity and performance targets.
Work closely with the founding team to improve sales strategies.
Learn consultative B2B healthcare sales.

Training & On-the-Job Training (OJT)
21 Days of Unpaid Training & OJT.
Hands-on mentorship from the founders and sales leadership.
Product, healthcare industry, CRM, objection handling, and sales process training.




Performance evaluation conducted at the end of the training period.

Stipend & Incentives
Stipend starts after successful completion of the 21-day Training & OJT.
Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance).

Eligibility
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Confident in speaking over phone calls.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
