Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist – Mohali

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to optimize revenue operations, improve Sales & Marketing processes, implement automation, and drive business growth through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize end-to-end Revenue Operations (RevOps).
Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
Manage CRM data, sales pipelines, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
Track key revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement automation, workflows, and process improvements.
Improve lead management, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.




Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements
Relevant experience in Revenue Operations / RevOps.
Solid understanding of CRM, sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.
Experience with data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and revenue forecasting.
Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
