Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and customer-handling skills, experience in achieving targets, and the ability to guide and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, conversions, and revenue.
Manage leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales closures.
Guide team members in handling customer queries and objections.
Train and mentor sales executives to improve performance.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-ups.
Support the team in key customer conversations and closing sales.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Work with management to improve sales performance and processes.

Requirements




2+ years of sales experience.
Experience in team handling, mentoring, or team leadership is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Good negotiation, convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Strong understanding of lead management and sales follow-up.
Target-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Comfortable using CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
Graduation is preferred.

Experience in EdTech, Education, Career Counselling, Insurance, Loans, FinTech, SaaS, or similar sales industries is an added advantage.
