Job Title: Associate Team Lead – Operations

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business analyst to join our Business Intelligence Services team. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional who is committed and capable of working in a focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and dissemination of Multiple Reports:
Prepare, review, and issue the required reports in a timely manner, as per the existing agreed formats while ensuring compliance with company policies.
These reports include and are not limited to:
Head count reports
Attrition reports (Resource and client)
Biometric reports
Revenue reports
Productivity reports




Staffing reports (incl Billable, non-billable reports)
Preparation and dissemination of Invoices:
Prepare, review, and issue the required invoices in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar MIS role for at least 2 to 3 years.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
