Supervise and coordinate, monitoring architectural finishing works as per approved designs and drawings.
Review architectural drawings, material specifications, finishes and design details.
Ensure quality, aesthetics and proper execution of all finishing works.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site execution teams.
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
Monitor flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors, joinery and other architectural works.
Resolve site-related design and finishing issues in coordination with the project team.
Maintain drawings, site reports, approvals and project documentation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
