Key Responsibilities
Counseling & Advising: Conduct phone, email, or in-person sessions to understand student goals and match them with appropriate programs.
Sales Conversion: Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls to pitch courses, solve queries, and overcome objections.
Pipeline Management: Track daily calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses using CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and admission goals
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
