Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Student Counselor to guide students, understand their career goals, explain our courses, and support them throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and placement prospects.
Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Build good relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Malayalam and English communication is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in student counseling, sales, or education is an advantage.
