Are you an experienced Supply Chain / Procurement qualified from the Solar EPC industry? This is a excellent opportunity to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and procurement operations for large-scale solar projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce
3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
Solar EPC experience is mandatory
Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel / analytics tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project setting

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for multiple solar EPC projects
Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with growth, cost, and risk goals
Oversee PRs, RFQs, POs, contracts, and commercial evaluations
Drive total procurement cost optimization through negotiations and alternative sourcing




Manage a robust vendor ecosystem across domestic and international suppliers
Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, audits, and scorecards
Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams for planning and budgeting
Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and site deliveries
Develop MIS dashboards, procurement analytics, and ERP reporting
Lead, mentor, and scale the SCM team with a process-driven approach

Import / Export and international procurement
Supply chain digitization
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
