Job Description

This role is responsible for executing eAxle system validation engineering activities with focus on electrical-electronics interface at system-of-system level. The position involves the following responsibilities:
prepare validation test programs for platform and customer projects,



ensuring alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
Partition test plans into individual tests and test series, coordinating execution with test field teams and ensuring timely completion
Perform evaluation of test samples, analyze results, and generate detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations
Collaborate with system and design engineers to discuss validation results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Support the planning, development, and commissioning of eAxle validation test infrastructure and facilities
Conduct root cause analysis on validation failures and anomalies, documenting findings and preventive measures
Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and traceability matrices for audit and compliance purposes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

3+ years of experience in electric vehicle system validation engineering
