· Coordinate with various department and accordingly record the purchase and sales entries in the Tally software.
· Record the day to day journal entries in the Tally software for further review process.
· Reconcile the data for debtors under 26AS and accordingly send the confirmation for balance.
· Conduct bank reconciliation for allotted companies and present the data to reporting authority for approvals.
· Prepare Performa sale invoice for the allotted companies for further bill payment.
· Raise sales bill & send the same to the concerned person for further approval and make the timely payment. Coordinate with concerned department and provide assistance to the GST queries.
· Record the purchase entries in the software to process the payment.
· Ensure payment is done against the bills raised by the commercial team.
· Create vouchers against the bill and ensure they are properly filled.
· Prepare and Send Debit Balance report on Weekly basis.
· Prepare and Send the Credit Balance report on Weekly basis.
· Booking of GST Challan payments in books of accounts in Tally software. In case of any deviation update to the reporting authority.
· Timely submission of GSTR 1 Returns
· Monthly reconciliation of GSTR 2A with Books (Inputs of GST)
· Preparation of GST Monthly consolidated sheet.
· Booking of TDS Challan payments in books of accounts in Tally software.
