Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and suitable career paths.
Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, certifications, and career prospects.
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update all activities in the CRM.
Conduct student counseling sessions and assist students throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for batch allocation and course commencement.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, and student events.
Build positive relationships with students and parents and ensure a positive admission experience.
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
