Job Description

Radha Krishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive/Salesman to join our jewellery showroom team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Explain jewellery designs, product details, making charges and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
Handle customer queries professionally and build solid customer relationships.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery.
Coordinate with billing and showroom staff for smooth customer service.

Requirements




Previous experience in jewellery showroom sales is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Smart, polite and well-presented personality.
Basic knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight and making charges.
Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.
Good communication skills may also be considered.

Depending on experience and skills.
