We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate with 1+ year of experience and solid communication skills to drive inside sales, generate quality leads, and achieve business targets at Elysium Technologies Private Limited, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify and convert potential clients
Generate quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services
Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales and enrollment process
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM




Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills
B.E / B.Tech / Any PG / MBA or related field
1+ year of experience in Business Development/International Voice process / Inside Sales / BDE / Academic Counselling
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
