Cooling Towers
Fire Pump Room Equipment
STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
Plumbing Systems
Electrical Systems
Substation & Transformer Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth utility operations with minimum downtime.
Monitor utility equipment performance and maintain service records.
Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of utility maintenance systems
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance practices
Basic understanding of safety protocols
Team handling and coordination skills preferred
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field
