Job Description – Machine OperatorRole Overview

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and energetic Photo Booth Machine Operator to manage and operate our photo booth setups during weddings, corporate events, and social functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling event setups, operating equipment, assisting guests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution of services.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in live event environments.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to event venues with the production team and oversee photo booth setup and operations.
Set up and dismantle photo booth equipment before and after events.
Operate DSLR cameras, lighting, printers, booth software, and sharing systems during events.
Ensure smooth execution of photo booth services and maintain high service standards.
Assist guests with booth usage, poses, props, and photo printing.
Manage on-ground staff and coordinate event-related tasks efficiently.
Handle event logistics including setup, operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
Troubleshoot minor hardware, software, printer, or connectivity issues during live events.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of equipment.




Manage props, print papers, cartridges, cables, accessories, and other raw materials.
Coordinate with event managers and internal teams for timely event execution.
Ensure timely arrival and complete setup before guest entry.
Maintain event-wise inventory, machine checklists, and operational reports.

Required Skills
Basic technical knowledge of DSLR cameras, printers, lighting, and computer systems.
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues during events.
Good communication and guest handling skills.
Robust coordination and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced event environments.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriente

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in events, photo booths, production, or technical operations.
Basic understanding of photo booth software and printing systems.
Comfortable traveling for weddings and events.
Ability to manage event pressure and multitask efficiently.
