Assist the Chinese Chef and Commis 1 in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cut vegetables, meat, seafood, and other ingredients.
Perform basic cooking tasks such as blanching, boiling, steaming, frying, and stir-frying.
Prepare sauces, marinades, stocks, and basic Chinese ingredients according to recipes.
Maintain proper mise en place before service.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Keep the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Store food items properly and check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Chinese Chef.
Ensure proper handling and storage of knives and kitchen equipment.
Assist in stock counting and reporting shortages to the senior chef.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a qualified attitude in the kitchen.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
