Job Summary

Valuable Time Builders is looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure high-quality construction standards across our residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction quality procedures, material testing, inspections, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure quality standards at all stages of construction.
Conduct inspections of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Verify work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform and monitor material quality checks and coordinate laboratory testing of concrete, steel, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality compliance.
Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.




Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, and finishing inspections.
Monitor concrete cube testing, slump tests, and other quality tests.
Participate in internal quality audits and client inspections.
Ensure all quality documentation is completed and maintained for project records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality and reduce rework.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the real estate construction industry.
Experience in residential apartment or villa projects is preferred.
Solid knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Valuable communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
