Main responsibilities
Production: Monitor assembly-line operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Quality: Inspect components/vehicles, identify defects, and follow quality standards.
Machine operation: Understand and monitor machines, tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve basic machine or production problems.
Process improvement: Suggest ways to reduce rejection, downtime, and production waste.
Documentation: Maintain production, quality, inspection, and shift-related records.
Safety: Follow company safety procedures and ensure protected working practices on the shop floor.
Team coordination: Work with operators, supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams.
5S/Lean: Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and other improvement activities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
