Job Description

BHK World is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Managers/Sales Professionals to join our growing team. Candidates with strong knowledge of the Thane, Central Mumbai and KDMC real estate markets will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle leads, client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.
Generate business through direct clients, references and channel partners.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and CRM updates.
Stay updated with property projects, pricing and market trends.
Experienced candidates may also be responsible for guiding and managing the sales team.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.




Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Thane, Central Mumbai & KDMC preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong broker/channel partner network will be an advantage.
