Oversee daily operations of the seafood production facility to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Maintain production schedules and manage staff to ensure efficient production processes.
Implement safety and health regulations to ensure a protected working setting.
Conduct regular inspections of production machinery and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
Collaborate with production planners to ensure all processes and shifts are coordinated and productive.
Train and guide staff to maintain high standards of product quality and operational excellence.
Monitor product quality and enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain meticulous batch records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
