We’re looking for a proactive and communication-focused qualified to manage seller onboarding and CRM activities for our marketplace clients.

What you’ll work on:
Onboard current sellers across online marketplaces
Make calls and follow up with potential and existing clients
Collect and verify seller documents & information
Coordinate with sellers throughout the onboarding process
Maintain and update CRM records
Track leads, onboarding status and follow-ups
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the relevant team
Prepare basic CRM and onboarding reports

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in calling / telecalling
Experience in customer onboarding, CRM or e-commerce is preferred
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive, target-oriented and detail-focused

Location: In office, Noida

Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
