Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines according to production requirements.
Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments when necessary.
Measure and inspect finished parts using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure components meet quality specifications and tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Record production data and report machine issues to supervisors.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Understanding of machining tools and cutting parameters.
Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Attention to detail and quality control.
