Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & promotional videos.
Shoot videos using smartphone/camera as required.
Edit short-form videos with proper cuts, transitions, effects, music and captions.
Create trend-based Reels based on current Instagram and social media trends.
Add subtitles, text overlays, animations, sound effects and background music.
Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and scripts for Reels.
Maintain consistency in brand style, quality and messaging.
Research trending audio, hashtags, formats and content ideas.
Deliver videos according to the assigned content calendar and deadlines.
Required Skills
Basic to valuable knowledge of Video Editing.
Experience with CapCut, VN,
Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
Positive understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
Creative thinking and good sense of timing.
Knowledge of trending content and social media formats.
Basic knowledge of shooting, lighting and framing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in any field.
Candidates with a portfolio or previous Reels work will be preferred.
Freshers with solid editing skills can also apply.
