As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development, including database management and API integration.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Experience in version control systems and collaborative development environments.
Additional Information
