- Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.





Key Responsibilities/ Functional Experience Candidate should have strong functional experience of 6 to 7 years in Oracle EBS Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) with a clear understanding of planning data flow from execution modules into planning engines. Hands-on experience handling production ASCP issues. Strong exposure to Supply Chain Planning concepts: Demand Plan, Supply, Capacity, and Scheduling. Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and optimize planning outputs

Operates independently on complex functional issues and analyze business requirements for demand planning and production scheduling.

Functional Expertise in ASCP, Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work in Process (WIP), PO, OM, Product Family, Demand Planning (DP) –

- Forecasting, Collections, Exceptions, Supply Planning –
- MRP, constrained planning, pegging, Planning Data Collection (Standard &
- ODS) , Master Production Scheduling (MPS)

Understand Collection, Plan Run, ATP and Planning process flows.

Professional &

- Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
- Good To Have Skills: Costing module experience, Experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and their application within enterprise software.
- Experience in customizing and integrating supply chain modules to meet unique business requirements.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex software issues and delivering effective solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
