Job Profile – Workshop & Operations Coordinator

Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and daily operations of Conosh workshops,

including client communication, chef coordination, sales tracking, content updates and workshop recordings.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily registrations, payments, client queries and confirmations.

●Coordinate with chefs, moderators and internal teams for workshop dates, sales,

design creatives and participant counts.

●Maintain Asana, website, sales and workshop trackers and share regular reports.

●Manage recordings, watermarking, participant access and Drive permissions.

●Moderate assigned workshops and ensure smooth execution.

●Manage WhatsApp community communication and approved promotional blasts.





●Track marketing activities and coordinate required creatives and approvals.

●Identify new chefs, collaborations and relevant culinary trends.

●Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation and proactive follow-ups.

●Maintain a minimum target of 20 workshops per month and gradually take ownership of approximately 80% of workshop moderation.

●Present Weekly and Monthly sales reports in PowerPoint format with statistics.
