Role Description As a CSR (Customer Support Representative) intern at CosmoQuick, you will support users of the platform by responding to inquiries via chat, email, and other digital channels. You will help employers and candidates navigate the site, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide clear, friendly guidance about features and processes. The role includes documenting common questions, escalating complex issues to senior team members, and contributing feedback to improve the overall user experience.
