As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Responsibilities

- Process credit applications, perform credit checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the credit team to assess and approve credit limits for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.




- Assist in developing and implementing customer service best practices and procedures.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or credit-related role is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
