Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Credit

Manager will evaluate loan applications from salaried customers, conduct detailed credit assessments, and make informed approval or decline decisions within defined risk parameters.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial documents, monitoring credit portfolios, identifying potential credit risks, and recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.



The role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure credit policies are followed, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement of credit processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills with exposure to Finance and Credit-related decision-making.
- Relevant experience in retail lending or NBFC/banking operations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Indian financial services sector is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive financial information, and effective communication skills are required.
