Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the nursing team across all shifts.
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.
Monitor nursing documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
Handle emergency situations and resolve patient or staff concerns.
Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
Valid Nursing Council registration.
3–5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare workplace.
