Real Estate Closing Manager guides qualified buyers through property presentations, negotiates terms, and handles end-to-end transaction documentation until booking or possession.
Key Responsibilities:
Show properties, explain floor plans, and highlight amenities to prospective buyers.
Handle customer objections, discuss payment plans, and close sales.
Coordinate agreements, verify legal compliance, and manage RERA guidelines.
Work with finance, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth loan processing and possession handovers.
Update CRM software with client visits, follow-up logs, and sales reports.
Qualification & skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or transaction closing.
Robust negotiation, objection-handling, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with property laws, RERA rules, and local market trends.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
