Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Read, interpret, and execute work based on architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily site activities.
Track project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify site measurements and coordinate with the procurement and production teams for timely material delivery.
Identify and resolve site issues while minimizing delays and rework.
Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and budget.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a protected working setting at the site.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate snag rectification before project handover.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
