Bharani Silks is looking for a Billing & Packing Executive to join our showroom team. We are looking for candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and committed to providing excellent service. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS system.
Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
Pack sarees, dress materials, and garments neatly and securely.
Verify products and bills before handing them over to customers.
Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Keep the billing and packing counter clean and organized.
Maintain accuracy in billing records and daily transactions.
Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
Valuable customer service and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and packaging.
