Purpose = To maintain departmental data, generate accurate MIS reports, create dashboards, and provide analytical insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and validate departmental databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards.
Analyze trends and highlight key observations.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
Skills Required
Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards).
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
