Location: North India (Delhi / Open to regional)

We are looking for a highly execution-focused procurement leader to drive our end-to-end F&V; sourcing across North India. You will bridge farm-level buying with fast-paced supply chain operations, ensuring 95%+ fill rates, superior quality, and competitive margins.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Procurement: Source fresh produce (staples and seasonal) directly from farmers, regional Mandis (e.g., Azadpur), and aggregators.
On-the-Ground Leadership: Run daily operations across regional Collection Centers (CC) and manage large teams on the ground to execute inwarding and dispatch workflows smoothly.
Commercials & Wastage: Monitor daily Mandi rates for aggressive price negotiations while implementing tight loss-prevention measures to keep dump/wastage in the single digits.
Supply Chain Planning: Take ownership of daily demand planning and logistics, navigating regional challenges to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:



2 to 5 years of pure F&V; sourcing, procurement, and category management (Agri-tech, Q-commerce, or Up-to-date Trade preferred).
Leadership: A solid background in F&V; operations with proven experience managing large teams on the ground.
Network: Deep, established farmer and vendor networks across key Northern agricultural belts (UP, Haryana, Punjab, etc.).
Education: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹7,500,000.00 per year
