Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and healthcare services.
Explain treatment plans, packages, billing, insurance, and payment options clearly.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff for smooth patient flow.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain patient records and update CRM/HMIS systems accurately.
Schedule appointments, treatment sessions, and follow-up consultations.
Support patient conversion and retention through relationship management.
Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with clinic policies.
Follow up with missed appointments and pending treatments.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
